Hi, I’m Kerry Perkins a realtor working in the Mat-Su Valley. I moved to Alaska in 1989 from Colorado Springs, Colorado. I attended and graduated from Chugiak High School in 1992. After High school, I joined the U.S. Army Reserve at Ft. Richardson as an Asphalt / Concrete Equipment Operator and loved serving our country until 1997. I graduated from Charter College in Anchorage with a certificate in Auto Cadd.
I began my real estate career at Country Realty in 2001 as a receptionist and also drew new construction homes for MM&M Contracting until 2005. I enjoyed the experience so much that I have been licensed as a realtor since 2004.
The most important thing I have learned is your realtor should be able to listen to your goals are and help you achieve them. I strive to provide the service I would expect of my realtor. Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity are the foundation of what I provide to all of my clients. When I start a relationship with a seller I earn their respect & friendship that will last longer than the transaction I help them with!
My hobbies outside of work are anything with my family! Our favorite activities are Camping, Hunting, Fishing, Snow Machining, 4-Wheeling and Rafting.
All of the pleasures of the great outdoors found in one place

I teamed up with Liz Spikes over 7 years ago and am enjoying every transaction we do together. We often call ourselves the Dynamic Duo. We work very well together and our clients get two realtors for one!
I would love to help you buy or seller your home, so call me and we can start this journey together!
